As President of Woodhollow Energy Partners, I lead a mission-driven energy development firm focused on accelerating equitable access to clean transportation and resilient infrastructure. We specialize in turnkey EV charging solutions, battery storage, and renewable energy systems, with a focus on underserved and disadvantaged communities across the Northeast. Our team navigates complex utility programs, incentive structures, and permitting processes to deliver capital-efficient, incentive-backed projects that minimize costs for site hosts and maximize long-term value.

With a background in electrical and general construction and renewable energy development, I bring a hands-on, strategic approach to project execution and stakeholder engagement. Through Woodhollow and our affiliated divisions, we’re building the operational and technical foundation needed to scale sustainable infrastructure for the next generation. I’m passionate about solving real-world energy problems through innovative financing, creative design, and relentless execution.

Russell Kadirov serves as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Head of Woodhollow Energy Partners, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the real estate and renewable energy infrastructure sectors. With a deep understanding of capital markets, tax credits, and incentive-based financing, Russell specializes in guiding developers and property owners through complex deal structures to unlock value and maximize returns on investment. His strategic approach to financial modeling, risk management, and incentive procurement has helped accelerate clean energy adoption across both private and public sector portfolios.
Before joining Woodhollow, Russell held CFO positions at prominent real estate firms including Ginsburg Development Companies, Goldfarb Properties and Georgica Green Ventures. He also played a key role in corporate finance and strategic planning at Brixmor Property Group, a publicly traded REIT. His extensive background spans affordable housing, multifamily development, and large-scale infrastructure, positioning him as a trusted financial leader in energy transition and sustainable development.

Charles Apeler is a seasoned operations executive with a strong track record of building and scaling businesses at the intersection of technology and energy. He founded and led NY Technology Professionals, Inc., a successful IT services firm where he managed all aspects of operations, strategy, and client growth over more than a decade. This entrepreneurial experience instilled in him a deep understanding of systems design, operational efficiency, and
customer-centric execution skills that have translated seamlessly into the energy sector. As Chief Operating Officer of Woodhollow Energy Partners, Charles now leads the company’s efforts in renewable energy deployment and EV charging infrastructure. He oversees daily operations, project execution, and long-term strategic planning across solar, battery storage, and mobility platforms. With a passion for sustainable innovation and a hands-on leadership style, Charles is driving operational frameworks that improve scalability, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market. His mission is to help shape a cleaner, smarter energy future through disciplined execution and forward-thinking strategy.

As Director of Construction at Woodhollow Energy Partners, I lead the execution of EV charging, renewable energy, and battery storage projects across the Northeast. With a background in landscape and civil architecture as well as general construction, I approach every site with a focus on both functional infrastructure and thoughtful design integration.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve managed a wide range of commercial and municipal construction projects, from underground utility coordination to full-scale site development. At Woodhollow, I work closely with engineers, field crews, and partners to ensure each project is delivered with precision, durability, and long-term impact. I take pride in bridging the gap between technical vision and on-the-ground execution to help build resilient infrastructure that lasts.

At WHE, I lead all business development and design efforts, helping to shape both our growth strategy and public presence. I build relationships across municipalities, commercial real estate, and fleet operators to identify opportunities and drive EV infrastructure deployment. From initial outreach through incentive navigation and project planning, I focus on delivering end-to-end solutions that expand access to clean transportation. Alongside our development work, I direct the design of our brand, marketing, hardware, and digital experiences. I designed and developed our website, lead the visual and functional design of our EV chargers, and manage all creative output from identity and communications to customer-facing assets.

With a cross-disciplinary approach that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, I ensure that everything we put into the world reflects the clarity, quality, and ambition behind WHE’s mission.

Hasan is Lead Architect at Woodhollow Energy Partners, steering the form, function, and aesthetic coherence of the firm’s EV-charging and resilient-infrastructure portfolio. From early feasibility studies through stamped permit sets, he unites architects, engineers, and brand specialists to translate utility, code, and incentive constraints into build-ready designs that raise property value and elevate the driver experience.With more than a decade in luxury-residential and branded-retail design, Hasan has shaped landmark spaces that elevate both form and experience. He led concept-to-opening work on flagship café environments praised by a global design team for driving deeper guest engagement. Earlier roles saw him oversee multimillion-dollar coastal estates and deploy studio-wide 3-D visualization pipelines. This mix of high-end craft and process innovation now fuels Woodhollow’s push to deliver elegant, capital-efficient infrastructure that expands access to clean transportation.
